Who turns up at your door.
A local outfit run out of Frankston, working right across the Peninsula.
G'day, I'm Liam.
I started Spark Life because I kept hearing the same story. Someone books a sparky, takes a day off work, and nobody turns up. Or they turn up, do the job, and leave a pile of plaster dust in the hallway and a bill nobody mentioned beforehand.
None of that is hard to fix. Text people when you're on the way. Quote the job before you start it. Put drop sheets down. Take your mess with you. That's most of the business plan, honestly.
When you book Spark Life you get me, a fully licensed electrician (REC 27891), not a dispatch line and whoever happened to be free. I'll tell you honestly when something can wait, and just as honestly when it can't.
Why people call us back.
We started Spark Life because too many people had a story about a sparky who never showed, never called, or left a mess behind. Doing the opposite of that is most of the job.
-
On time, every time. We text when we're on the way. No all day window where you write off a Tuesday waiting.
-
Upfront fixed pricing. You approve the price before we lift a tool. What we quote is what you pay.
-
Spotless finish. Drop sheets down, mess taken with us, like we were never there.
-
Fully licensed and insured. REC 27891, full public liability, and every job to the AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules.

The boring but important bit.
Spark Life Electrical Contractors is a Registered Electrical Contractor in Victoria, REC 27891, carrying full public liability insurance.
Every job we complete is wired to the AS/NZS 3000 wiring rules and issued with a Certificate of Electrical Safety. You get a copy and so does the electrical safety regulator. It's the document that proves the work in your home was done properly, and it's the one thing an insurer will ask for if you ever need to claim.
If an electrician can't produce a REC number and a certificate, that should end the conversation.
