Working a tight patch is the reason we can offer same day call-outs and an hour's reply time. We're not driving in from the other side of Melbourne and charging you for the trip.
It also means we know the housing stock. The 1960s brick veneers through Frankston North with their original boards. The renovated weatherboards in Seaford. The newer estates at Sandhurst and Skye where the issue is almost never the wiring and almost always the appliance. Knowing what we're likely to find before we arrive saves everyone time.
