What we collect

When you contact us by phone, email or through a form on this site, we collect the details you give us. That means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and whatever you tell us about the work you need done.

Why we collect it

Solely to quote and carry out the work you have asked about, to issue certificates and invoices, and to contact you about that job. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to do the work. For example, providing your details to a supplier arranging a warranty, or lodging a Certificate of Electrical Safety with the relevant regulator as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Job records and certificates are retained for as long as required by Victorian electrical safety and tax law. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted once they are no longer useful.

Access, correction and complaints
