We look after small and medium commercial sites around the Peninsula. Shopfronts, offices, cafés, warehouses and light industrial. Same care as the residential side, scheduled around your trading hours rather than ours.
Fitouts cover the lot: lighting design, power layout, data, three-phase machinery, and the switchboard to carry it. Maintenance covers what keeps you compliant, including emergency and exit lighting testing, test and tag, and thermal checks on the board.
We work after hours where it means you don't lose a trading day, and we'll put you on a maintenance schedule so compliance testing never arrives as a surprise.

Yes, and for most fitout and maintenance work we prefer to. It usually costs less overall than closing for a day.
Every six months, with a 90 minute discharge test annually, and records kept. We can put you on a schedule so it's handled without you having to track it.
Yes, including a documented register of every item, its test date and next due date. That's the thing auditors actually ask for.
