Powerpoints & Wiring
Extra outlets and USB points, so the double adaptors can go in the bin.
Powerpoints & Wiring
Older homes were wired for a fraction of the appliances we plug in now. If you've got power boards feeding power boards, or you're unplugging the toaster to run the kettle, you don't need another adaptor. You need another circuit.
We add single, double and quad outlets, USB-C and USB-A combination points, weatherproof outdoor outlets, and dedicated circuits for the things that deserve one: ovens, air conditioners, workshop gear and home offices.
Cable gets chased into the wall and made good where we can, and run neatly where we can't. We'll always walk the proposed outlet positions with you before anything gets cut.

Powerpoint and wiring questions.
Yes. Solid brick and rendered walls take more work than plasterboard so we quote them accordingly, but it's routine. We chase, run the cable, patch, and leave the finish ready for paint.
The wiring rules don't cap the number outright. What matters is the expected load and the circuit protection. In practice we plan around how the room is actually used, and put high-draw appliances on their own circuit rather than crowding an existing one.
Yes. In Victoria any work on fixed wiring, including swapping an outlet, has to be done by a licensed electrician and certified. It's not a DIY job, and doing it yourself can void your insurance.
Price up your outlets.
Tell us where you want them and what the wall is made of. That's usually enough to quote.
